Mini Brossard - Groupe Park Avenue

I recently had my Mini Cooper S in for its first oil change at Mini Brossard, and although there were a few hiccups initially, the outstanding service recovery by David Belanger, the service director, truly made all the difference. David went above and beyond to address the issues and ensure my satisfaction. What stood out was his prompt action in sending Karl to pick up my vehicle at my workplace. Karl not only delivered exemplary customer service but also left me a courtesy vehicle as a thoughtful gesture in case I needed one during the maintenance. David's attention to detail and commitment to customer service shone through when he returned to switch vehicles after the maintenance was completed, making the entire process seamless and convenient. I want to extend my gratitude to the entire team at Mini Brossard from the Groupe Park Avenue for their efforts in making these adjustments and turning around the situation. This level of commitment has solidified my trust in the Mini Brossard team, and I eagerly look forward to future visits.

Honestly had a very good experience. Keanu was very helpful from A to Z. He tried to find the perfect car and tried to find a good monthly price. They do an effort to find a car you like even if it’s not available in their lot & an effort to find a good price. So I would strongly recommend you visit this Mini Dealership if you’re looking to buy or lease a Mini. * update Since the staff changed its not the same. Since Jamie & Luc left the service department is disappointing after each visit. Maybe to buy a car it was a great experience but service and piece since 2020 it’s been unpleasant.. so for car service I’d rather go to Mini Center where their customer service is spot on. For your next mini service I’d recommend other Mini dealerships over This one . Very disappointing hopefully they will listen to people’s feedback and fix it.

I went to this dealership to buy my very first Cooper and was served by a sales person by the name of Thomas.I found him very Knowledge able and very easy to talk to.I found his service Top Notch.I ended my visit by purchasing a 2024 British racing green countryman I think there should be more Salesman out there like Thomas He is the best of the best

Don’t buy a car from them, with this group. The salesman and the financial manager will tell you everything are included in warranty, and tell you to buy extended warranty. A totally opposite story after you pick up your car. Terrible experience. The car has been bought for around a week, problems starting to pop-up, can’t even get pass for the Ontario Safety Test. Ridiculous. I would have give negative star if possible

My mom was in the market for a new car, and was anxious about all the decisions that come with buying a new car. John (Hollands) was kind, patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgable about everything Mini Cooper, and seamlessly switched between French and English to accommodate my mom and myself. He found us the car she wanted, in the colour and accessories she wanted in a few days, and in about a week we had it shipped from Toronto! Great experience overall and we would definitely recommend his services.

If I could give this dealer 0 stars, I would. I’ve bought 3 cars from them so far. I have had absolutely terrible experiences the last 2 cars I bought from them. For each car, the salesperson lied to me and said the car had many more features than it actually did. Since I live in Nova Scotia, I couldn’t test drive the car so I trusted the salesperson to give me accurate information, but oh my was that a mistake. I drove all the way to Quebec from Nova Scotia twice to buy two separate cars and each time I’ve had these experiences. The salespeople took advantage of me and my situation, knowing I would not leave the dealer without a car after driving 12 hours one way. Both times they lied and I left unhappy. One time they kept overcharging me and lied about the costs. Both times they lied about the features in the car. The second time they promised me it would be ready in the morning and it wasn’t ready until 5pm so I had to stay at a hotel an extra night just because they didn’t care enough to rush the painting or give me an accurate time to show up. I’m disgusted by this dealer and all of the sales people. Never will I ever buy another car from Mini Brossard ever again. They’re all crooks.
